1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the AI Video Worker service and forms part of our Terms of Service. It describes the content and behaviors that are prohibited when using our AI video generation tools. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate any of the following: NSFW or sexually explicit content of any kind; Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors; Non-consensual sexual content, or content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent (including deepfakes); Hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence or discrimination; Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content (including scams and disinformation); Content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others; Any content or activity that is illegal under applicable law.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You further agree not to: attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our content moderation systems; abuse promotional or free credits, including by creating multiple accounts; access the Service with automated scripts or bots without authorization; resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service; or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Enforcement

We screen all generation requests against this policy, and prohibited requests are blocked before generation. Violations may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and forfeiture of credits or fees associated with the violating use, without refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
