Refund Policy

1. Overview

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. However, AI video generation is a resource-intensive process that incurs high, irreversible GPU costs for every second of video generated. Therefore, our refund policy is strictly usage-based. Refund requests that violate this policy or represent abuse may be denied. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, consistent with our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Refunds (7-Day Guarantee)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers, provided you have used fewer than 5 credits and generated fewer than 3 videos. If you have used 5 or more credits, the refund may be denied or partially granted to cover our server and GPU costs. This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI Style: AI generation is experimental; subjective dislike of the artistic style is not grounds for a refund.
  • Auto-Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed, as clearly disclosed at checkout and in your account settings.
  • Used credit packs: Once any credits are used, the purchase is final.

4. One-Time Purchases

One-time credit packs are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase only if no credits have been used. Once you generate any content, the pack is considered 'consumed' and is non-refundable.

5. How to Request

To request a refund, please email support@aivideoworker.com with your Order ID. We typically review and process qualifying requests within 24-48 hours.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical error (e.g., system failure where credits were deducted but no video was produced), we will refund the affected credits or the affected portion of the transaction. Please contact us with evidence of the error so we can investigate promptly.
