4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that involves: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); Non-consensual sexual content; Hate speech or harassment; Fraud or deception; Impersonating real individuals, public figures, or celebrities without authorization (Deepfakes); or content that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or any illegal activities. Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination.
5. Disclaimer & AI Limitations
The materials on AI Video Worker's website are provided 'as is'. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unpredictable. We do not guarantee that generated content is free from errors or suitable for any particular purpose. The Service relies on third-party AI service providers, and outputs are subject to their limitations.
6. Limitations & Termination
In no event shall AI Video Worker be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the one month preceding the claim. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
